Where can you find the products you are looking for?

  • Via the page menu:
    Under the "Products" menu point, you find all currently available products. Please choose a main category in the navigation bar on the left:
    Software / Hardware / Services / Training
    You can limit the number of displayed products by choosing one of the sub-categories.
  • Via the search function:
    The search function helps you finding one of our products very fast: You can launch a targeted search for article numbers or key words (e.g. bus module, data acquisition etc.)
  • Where do I find new products?
    Under the "New Products" menu point – here, we inform you about innovations in our product range.

Where do I find technical details on the products?

In the product listing, you find for every product a "Show Details" link: Here, we provide you with further technical information and downloads (e.g. product flyers).

Displaying and editing the Wish List

On the Wish List, you can store the products you have chosen.
If you want to note a product on your Wish List, click in the list or detail view of the products on "Add to wish list".

Delete products:
Chose the product on your Wish List, click on "Delete" and then on "Update wish list".

Change the number of products:
Enter in this field the number of products (overwrite the “1”) and click then on "Update wish list"

How to create an inquiry and send it to iba AG:

Click on your wish list on "Summary"

How to check your summary:
For the products listed in that summary, you can generate an inquiry. This inquiry is sent to us automatically. You then get via e-mail a detailed offer according to your conditions.

Which data do we need for processing your inquiry?

For we can create a binding offer, we need the name of your company, the location, etc. – if you are a registered user and have been logged in, these fields are filled, yet. Under "Reference", you can fill in your internal data. In the offer, we then refer to your reference number.

Why do I have to fill in a country of final destination?
We need this information for being able to supply technical consulting and on-site support for you and your customers. Knowing the country of final destination, we can involve the subsidiaries or the distribution partner in the stage of offering products in the information flow. Hence, you allow us to optimize our services.

Why do I have to enter my licence number?
We need this information for being able to find the optimum configuration for your iba measuring system. We can also point out updates to you and prevent faults caused by incompatible system versions.

Download inquiries as PDF-files

After having sent an inquiry, you can generate a PDF-file.
As registered user, you have another two possibilities: you can have a look at your inquiries and the order status under "My History".

Where can I get registered?

You can get registered in the Customer-Center on the right of the page. Click on "Register".
We then email you all the data you need. 

Notes on data storage/privacy:
iba AG stores data of their clients according to §33 BDSG (German Federal Law on Data Protection). We treat this data confidentially. They are only used for business purposes. Data are just transferred internally, in case they are needed for business purposes and no disadvantages to the customer result from this transfer. Besides these exceptions, necessary for the common business relations, no data are transferred to a third party.

What to do if you are registered and have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, please click in the Customer Center on "Forgot your password?". There, you can enter the Login name and the e-mail-address you are registered with. We will send you a new password immediately.
